Return Policy
Cosmetics are personal-use items, we only accept returns if:
• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• An item was missing from your order
To qualify:
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
We do not accept returns for change of mind, opened/used products, or skin reactions.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, we will offer:
• A replacement, or
• A refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Cost
If the mistake is ours (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
